✝️ Have you seen this Bible curriculum?

Hi Reader!

This Bible curriculum is making waves in the homeschool community! It's so amazing, and I love how beautiful and engaging it is for kids.

It's Grapevine Studies! Ever heard of them? They're for families, homeschool co-ops, AND churches!

They have a lot of different resources, like bible studies such as Esther or Moses or Joshua, etc. (They actually have a bunch of different Bible studies!) But what I noticed myself that really stands out are their stick figure drawings!

They used stick figure drawing to nail in the information, and it really helps kids retain it!

Have you noticed that when you take notes when reading your Bible, how the information sticks better? That's how the stick figure drawing is for kids studying the Bible. It ends up being a super effective hands-on, engaging way to study the Bible and for your kids to *keep* the word of God in their hearts!

They might not remember everything you teach them or everything they learn, but you're planting these seeds that God will bring forth for them when they need it. It needs to be there FIRST though!

And that's why I love this Bible curriculum by Grapevine Studies!

Some of the things that are cool, besides the individual bible studies I just mentioned earlier, are:

They set it up to be a family Bible Study to start, however, they also set it up for independent study the older the kids get. It's brilliant.

I would like nothing more than to pass by my kids' rooms and see them with the Bible spread out before them reading it. That would make my mama heart overflow.

In order for kids to get to that point to reach for their bible on their own initiative is to study the Word together and then branch of independently the older they get. Now, of course, this doesn't mean that they ONLY do independent studies. I believe family bible studying is good whether you're 8 or 80.

But it does mean that you are effectively teaching your kids to learn HOW to study the bible and God's word. And using these resources makes it come more naturally to them!!! Love that! It's something they'll WANT to do.

I remember being in AWANA when I was a kid and I only studied the bible alongside my AWANA book because the book told me what to do and where to do. It also offered games and fill-in-the-blank activities that I had to search through my Bible for.

I can honestly say it's from activities like that that taught me how to use the Bible to look for things, and it also taught me about God altogether. Since then, I've taken what I used to do as an AWANA-er-errr and I teach my kids the same way.

And in order to do that, you have to have the proper resources that have you go hunting for answers and really reading through your Bible. And that's why I love this Grapevine Studies curriculum!

And no, I'm not an affiliate, I don't get paid for recommending them, and no this is not a sponsor email or anything like that. They don't even know I'm writing this!!

They have them multi-level (aka, grades), so like:

  • Preschool
  • Lower Elementary to Teens
  • Teens to Adults

You can get ebook or printed books (for now...they're phasing out the print books so grab them while you can!). If you get the ebook book, you can print as many as you need for families. Their pages aren't color-ink-heavy either.

The difference in the Preschool ones than the Lower Elementary-Teens ones is the "Traceables." Here...

Remember, it's a lot to do with stick figure drawing! So the Traceable pages have them lightly gray on them for preschoolers to easily draw their stick figures by tracing them! How cute!!!!

The older level (aka, Student pages) have blank pages!

They have activity books and "Table Talks" which are guided discussion questions you can do as a family, and much much more.

You should just go check it out and see for yourself!

If you're a family, click Families, and then you can search by "Topic" or by "Grades." But I would probably go by "Topic." And click INTO them because there are lots of resources inside each one!

>>> Oh! They also have a BUNDLE SALE this month, so you can get their Bundles at 20% off! Perfect for gathering your Bible curriculum and bible lessons for the school year!!

(Guess what I'm doing right now. 😉)

I hope you found this helpful!

xo,
Richie

Hey Reader! It's been unbearably how lately. We’re somewhere between homeschool, summer survival mode, and “should I just burn it all down and start a homesteading YouTube channel?” The 7-year-old who maintains that pants are optional but narration is not, so I now live with a full-time background commentator who insists on providing a play-by-play of his Minecraft world while I try to edit summit content. Or Roblox. He'll talk to me the whole time he's playing while I'm sitting next to him,...

Hey Reader! This morning, I just wanted toast. That’s it. Just… toast. I wasn’t aiming high. I wasn’t dreaming big. Not artisan. No avocado. Not hand-baked by woodland elves. I just wanted a slice of bread, slightly crispy, with butter that melts like it knows it’s the main character. But no. First, I couldn’t find the bread. Because someone (not naming names but he’s 14 and acting like he's prepping for hibernation) polished off the loaf sometime between second dinner and midnight snack. And...

Hey Reader! So, you might still be thinking about how to actually make homeschool work for your real life after seeing the announcement yesterday that the Homeschool Mom Summer Summit: YouTube Edition is officially open... (If you missed the details or the early registration bonus, you can check it all out [RIGHT HERE] — but don’t wait long because those special bonuses won’t be around forever!) And today, I wanted to share something with you that the homeschool moms who have already grabbed...
